About the Role Join our team as a Site Liaison Officer for Monash Medical Centre, Clayton on a full-time, ongoing basis. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Client Services Manager and work closely with the broader Capital, Engineering and Facilities team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of common spaces at our Clayton sites by acting as a key connection between site leadership and facilities teams. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary liaison between hospital site leadership and facilities, engineering, and capital works teams Monitoring, escalating, and supporting the resolution of site-based issues in shared/common areas Supporting capital projects through site coordination, communication, signage, and wayfinding Assisting with car parking operations, space management, and meeting room coordination Maintaining a strong on-site presence to proactively identify and address operational issues Building strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support service delivery This role is based at Clayton and may involve travel to other sites at times to support network-wide initiatives and projects. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes: Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships Proven experience in site coordination, facilities, or operational roles (ideally within healthcare or similarly complex environments) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Mandatory requirements of the role: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience Diploma in Operations, Business, or a related discipline Knowledge of facilities or engineering services within a healthcare environment (desirable) Current Victorian Driver’s Licence Ability to meet employment screening requirements (Police Check, WWCC, and relevant clearances) Evidence of required immunisations and working rights in Australia Why you will love working with us Ours is a connected team with strong shared values and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
