Description
Responsibilities
The Site & Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for the planning, development and administration of integrated logistic & civil design (site establishment) for Planning, Design & Construction phases of this major infrastructure project.
The position will be required to work in a dynamic environment with a multi-disciplined team.
The role is required to be responsive to changing project, operational and organisational demands.
Working in conjunction with and reporting to the Design Lead, this position will work closely with the Australian Antarctic Division’s (AAD) Operations and Logistics Branch, Environmental Management & Infrastructure Delivery sections within the AAD.
This position requires an individual with good interpersonal skills, who is well organised and flexible with high level coordination and planning skills.
The ability to produce high-quality briefings and plans for key stakeholders and decision makers is also desirable.
