PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

· Interest in mechanical engineering and quality premises maintenance, as well as project development.
· Must be a good communicator.
· Ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks
· Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behaviour.
· Basic maintenance experience preferred.
· Basic biomass boiler experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
· Basic Maths & English desirable.
· Pay based on experience and qualifications

· Assisting with the day to day maintenance of the site and facilities
· Working closely with the maintenance engineers to undertake repairs.
· Assist with implementing procedures required to ensure that all machinery, equipment and premises are well maintained.
· Assist with reactive & planned preventative maintenance
· Maintaining a variety of Machinery
· Fault reporting.
· Assist with reactive breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise downtime
· Be part of the rota for boiler call outs.
· Any other relevant tasks as required.
