Hands on role with variety and autonomy Innovative & diverse culture Professional development opportunities About Your Role: We are seeking a Site Maintenance Coordinator to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of fixed plant equipment onsite. This role will be based at our Bassendean Maintenance Facility. Reporting to the Site Facility & Technical Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities across site, balancing planned and reactive work while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll work closely with operations, contractors and technical teams to drive safe, efficient and continuous improvement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate preventative and breakdown maintenance to optimise plant availability Investigate equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions Plan, schedule and track maintenance activities using SAP or similar system Manage contractors onsite, ensuring compliance with safety and governance requirements Maintain accurate records across maintenance systems and registers Support capital works, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance outcomes About You: You are a proactive, solutions-focused maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
