SITE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Elsoms has a strong track-record of highly successful partnerships and projects with leading research institutes.
We are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer to work in our Stie Maintenance Team in Spalding, a vital role responsible for planned preventive and reactive maintenance and repair of site facilities. This is a full-time, permanent role (subject to successful completion of a probation period).

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

We are looking for someone with two years’ experience as a maintenance engineer. You Experience working in multiple trades.
Basic electrical knowledge.
The role is available to various levels, as training on FLT and IPAF can be provided.
GCSEs are a minimum requirement

Responsibilities

Your role will be contributing to maintenance and repair of site facilities.

Typical work in this role will include:

  • · Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance work and assist with equipment fault repairs.
  • Involved in preventive and reactive maintenance across the site identifying recurring problems and recommending corrective procedures.
  • Ensuring work completed are appropriately recorded.
  • Support the Site Maintenance Manager in promoting continuous improvement with activities on site whilst always putting safety first.
