Position Summary The Site Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional campus environment for a private school and church in Nashville. This hands-on position involves daily maintenance, light repairs, and event support. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive, team-focused environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Complete general tasks such as wall repairs, painting, pressure washing, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets. Conduct routine inspections, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, lavatories, and plumbing systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and log activities in the work order system. Assist with event setup and respond to special requests. Support grounds and exterior maintenance as needed. Collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and campus staff. Complete daily digital timesheets and work orders using web-based software. Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes 30-minute unpaid break) Must be flexible for occasional nights, weekends, or overtime for special events.
