Position Title: Site Manager
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat half day)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the construction site team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule, quality standards, and budget
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and manpower are available for uninterrupted progress
Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations
Monitor construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, contract terms, and relevant regulations
Manage site-related costs, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget
Conduct regular safety audits, and risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site
