OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating resources, managing staff, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Project is Glasgow. Mainly building works, circa £300k, removal of existing brick works, retain and rebuild brick walls, roof works etc. Brickwork fabric repairs. Estimated site start 22nd Sept, Manager start week before, 15th September - Feb/Mar 26.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a management role within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
