Description:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to healthcare professionals dedicated to providing leading care to Albertans at the Coaldale Health Centre. Your leadership and direction will help to support the vision, mission and business plan of AHS. As the Site Manager, you will be making key decisions and establishing and contributing to the achievements and goals of the site. You will promote effective communication between staff, across programs and services, and within the South Zone. Using effective management practices, the manager will manage initiatives to improve the overall clinical operations, and act as the primary point of contact for issues that relate to the site. The role requires the ability to maintain strong working relationships with key leaders and stakeholders to provide operational and interdepartmental leadership that integrates the site, as well as managing relationships with both internal and external operational partners. The Site Manager will ensure the effective deployment of human resources, and create a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace where staff can reach their full potential. The Site Manager also ensures the appropriate allocation of fiscal and capital resources and manages and reports on the operating budget.
