Site Manager – Masonry (Asheville, NC) $55,000–$90,000 Direct Hire
We are a recruiting and staffing agency partnering with a leading construction firm in their search for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in masonry or commercial masonry. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Asheville, NC, offering a competitive salary of $55K–$90K, depending on experience.
This role requires specific experience in masonry—general construction experience alone will not be considered.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Proven experience in masonry or commercial masonry site management.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Prior experience supervising crews and managing field operations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a clean, compliant job site.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and commitment to safety protocols.

Oversee all on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficient workflow.
Serve as the main point of contact with General Contractors to address site concerns and prevent back charges.
Lead and coordinate masonry crews, ensuring high productivity and adherence to schedules.
Verify material deliveries against delivery tickets to ensure accuracy.
Submit site reports, delivery tickets, and documentation regularly and on time.
Communicate project risks, delays, or concerns to upper management immediately.
Document all out-of-scope work for appropriate billing.
Manage job site inventory and staffing to meet production goals.
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
Quickly resolve any quality or safety issues on-site.
