Site Manager (m/f/d) – Renewable Energies

• Ensuring the correct and timely execution of photovoltaic projects
• Monitoring the achievement of project and company goals as well as compliance with the relevant guidelines, in particular the HSE and quality minimum requirements.
• Interface function between the construction site and internal departments, e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Project Management.
• Conducting and documenting quality checks
• Review of construction progress for compliance with the agreed milestones of the construction project.
• Identifying potential errors and areas for improvement, and coordinating the finding of solutions and implementation of the solutions.
• Responsibility for implementing the engineering changes on the construction sites.
• Support and close collaboration with the assigned project manager throughout the entire project duration.
• Responsibility for your Site Management Team and team organization, e.g., accommodation, task allocation
• Coordination of the delivery of individual components to the construction site with the supply chain department.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the electrical field, crafts, construction industry, or a completed degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering.
• Must Have: Experience in managing construction projects
• Nice to have: Knowledge of occupational safety and a good technical understanding
• Experience in dealing with subcontractors
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English skills
• Your skills: Team player (m/f/d) with very good communication skills, assertiveness, as well as intercultural competence and organizational talent
• Basic willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 85%)
• Driving licence class B
