REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and oversee subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety procedures
• CSCS card (SMSTS/SSSTS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Must be reliable, committed, and able to work to programme requirements

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Working Site Manager to oversee a large project based in Streatham Common. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead by example, manage site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Supervising trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality of workmanship
• Coordinating with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Maintaining health & safety standards across the site
• Problem-solving and driving progress to meet deadlines
• Working on the tools when required to support delivery
