MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in restoration or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across Ontario.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in restoration-specific projects, such as high-rise or institutional facilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English required.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities for restoration projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and manage on-site staff, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, including project updates and any incidents.
  • Travel to various project sites across the GTA as required.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
