• Experience of Shopping/Retail Parks operations.

  Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week
  Salary - £33,000.00

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day operations of the shopping park, dailyh inspection of all communal areas to ensure these are in good order and any H&S noted items are picked up. Engagement with the onsite cleaning team, other attending service providers and to ensure they are undertaking works in a safe and instructed manner. Regular interactions with the tenants, members of public and stakeholders of the property. Management of systems for works, planned and reactive, compliance system and incident management.
