Site Manager Skills: The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with a qualification in a construction related field or a strong trade background, 7+ years’ management experience, with a background in large scale residential construction.

• Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers,
• Excellent knowledge of Trades and background,
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction.
• Managing Health and Safety on Site.
  The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension.
