THE ROLE…We’re on the hunt for a Site Manager to oversee Beaumont Tiles’ installation projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Reporting to the State Installations Manager, this role ensures the successful, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with our quality standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support tradespeople, including tilers, waterproofers, and caulkers
• Manage contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance (NCC, Building Code)
• Oversee scheduling and job readiness for installation works
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure QA compliance
• Support safety culture and incident reporting using Safety culture
• Maintain accurate records via Buildertrend and other reporting systems
• Foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
