Here’s what a typical day might look like for you: * Responsible for accurate daily measuring and monitoring of structure elements assigned; * Site Establishment and Planning - Plan initial occupation of the site and develop formal occupation plan; * Quality - Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with codes, standards, and specifications, along with ensuring appropriate work procedures are implemented; * Staff Management – Direct, encourage and mentor staff on site ensuring that appropriate information including variations, disputes and other contractual matters are fed back to the Project Manager and Contract Administrator; * Subcontractor Management - establish and maintain effective communications with contractors whilst understanding trade scope of works and items to be supplied by subcontractor groups; The new way forward, Built by you Your success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day.
