We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Cambridge Corporate Services. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree or minimum five years similar experience
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Competent in Excel, Word and similar applications
  • Willingness to work on site five days per week
  • Proven track record to handle multiple sites

Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is achieved by exceeding “service targets” and objectives
  • Responsible for effective management, administration, and control of business functions at identified sites(s). Ensure quality and fairness of dispatch; sporadically fill in as dispatch back-up when required
  • Monitor cost levels to ensure efficiency and institute policies and procedures to correct inadequacies
  • Recruit, hire, and ensure required training of staff. Visit Nashville site as needed.
  • Recommend rates, institute pricing procedures and carry out rating policies as instructed by industry standards. Keep client management team informed of daily activity by way of weekly/monthly and quarterly reports
  • Establish and maintain agent/vendor relationships, when required and ensure compliance to vendor agreements
  • Ensure adherence to procedural and policy requirements of various government bodies that include mail and courier related industries
  • Manages and oversee all services contracted by client at the assigned site(s) by providing exceptional customer service, overall operational efficiency and quality of business services
  • Evaluates and resolves high priority and complex problems through communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal professionals in support of proactive, responsive and friendly customer environment
  • Manage allocation of resources and forecasting tools to ensure best possible use of such resources
  • Plan and report expenses effectively
  • Manage status reports, productivity reports and other source documents to ensure optimal performance by staff
  • Liaise between client and supplier of service
  • Ensures proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate corporate policies and goals
  • Manage staff by selecting, recruiting, developing, and mentoring; handle corrective actions as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with supplier company policy
  • Evaluate performances, provide training and development opportunities, coach and counsel staff
  • Ensure and analyze on-site production targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by measuring against client goals
  • Interface with client operations team and Supplier corporate departments as necessary
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
