ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing a single contract under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

SKILLS:

Proven site management experience.
IT confidence, including use of email, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes.
Thorough knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily site management, including direct labour and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are well managed, highly coordinated, and completed to design specifications.
Maintain strict compliance with Health and Safety legislation and site requirements.
Conduct regular toolbox talks and keep all site paperwork and records up to date.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain an accurate daily site diary and ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
Go the extra mile to get the project over the line, including early starts, late finishes, and weekend work when necessary.
