These are your tasks:

• Supporting the site management in ensuring safety and order within the site
• Participation in monitoring compliance with all safety regulations
• Supporting the site management in coordinating all processes
• Representing the property manager in their absence and dealing professionally with guests and employees.
• Conducting control and patrol rounds ‍♂️
• Calm, clear and solution-oriented action even in stressful situations⚡

You should bring the following:

• at least expertise according to § 34a GewO
• Ideally, some initial leadership experience.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of English
• First aid and fire safety knowledge
• Extended certificate of good conduct without entries
• Willingness to work shifts
• Friendliness, style and clear communication are a given, even in challenging moments.
