Description Position: Site Manager Reports to: Program Manager - Micro Communities Location: Denver Type: Full-time Pay: $58,000 annual salary, generous benefits including 401k matching, 100% employer-paid premiums for health, dental, vision; paid vacation, holiday pay; $40 cell phone stipend The Site Manager will work in collaboration with the Program Manager - Micro Communities (MC) and CVC team to ensure that the MC space provides a safe, stable, healing, and supportive environment for residents, staff, volunteers and the broader community. Specially, the Site Manager will provide leadership to the Micro Community operations and programming as outlined below. Expected schedule, speci?c tasks related to primary focus areas, as well as other responsibilities for this position are listed below: Schedule/ Hours: 30-35 hrs/wk on site at MC 5-10 hrs/wk to be spent on-call and working from home. Some Afternoon and Early Evening Rotations preferred Additional time will be spent in organizational meetings, meeting with external partners and coalitions, meeting with MC residents, etc. Key Area #1 - MC Operations / Supervising Staff Resident Intake Wellness Screening Overview of all Policies, Rights, and Responsibilities Intake Form with basic information for HMIS data entry Signed Use Agreement whereby resident acknowledges understanding and agreement to abide by all policies, rights, and responsibilities Resident Participation Track participation in Daily Wellness Screening using sign in log sheets Monitor daily activities using the Daily Activity Log, this includes issues, incidents and other notable occurrences Accountability/Complaints/Compliance/Supervise MC Staff and their responsibilities Maintain scheduling Approve Timesheets Train new staff, ensure accountability and follow through on MC policies and procedures Ensure accountability and follow through on all Public Health cleaning logs are completed Manage complaints ?led by residents and see that appropriate accountability processes are carried out. Track and record these processes. Ensure compliance with MC Use agreements, and notify residents when they are not in compliance. Track and record these notifications, follow up plans, etc. Report accountability and non-compliance to MC Senior Manager Participate in accountability process including exiting residents when appropriate Communication with MC residents while providing stable, trauma-informed interactions with residents Ensure information is distributed to MC residents effectively including outreach schedule, resources, etc. Connect with external partners for care coordination Key Area #2 - MC Programming Personal MC resident support Build Relationships with MC residents Build relationships and establish rapport with residents Support residents with progressing towards housing and employment goals Connect MC residents to resource navigation Connect MC residents to personal crisis support as needed Coordinate Community Dinners Prepare space and set up for dinners Coordinate Wellness activities MC Community Calendar Maintain and communicate about calendar of outreach schedules and external events for residents to be involved in Key Area #3 - Conflict Management and Crisis Response Conflict Management and Resolution Promote conflict resolution among residents Ensure that conflict is managed and resolved in a non-violent manner Ensure follow-through on conflict resolution agreements Submit records of conflict management and resolution to Program Manager Violence/Threats of Violence If violence or threats of violence break out at the MC, the coordinator will be required to respond in a timely manner and gather information to be reported to the Program Manager Exit residents as necessary in partnership with other Site Coordinators and Site Manager Key area #4 - Metrics and Reporting Conduct HMIS data collection/input on an ongoing basis Work with Assistant Director and Program Manager of Micro Communities to determine appropriate metrics for tracking success for internal and external use. Current items for reporting include: connections to services and qualitative success stories. Track metrics on a monthly basis and report out on those metrics to the supervisor and team. Other Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned. We are a small, dynamic team and at times everyone is required to do a bit of everything. You may be asked to take on other responsibilities from time to time, but these should not get in the way of your ultimate responsibility which is supporting the MC community and the individuals that reside there. Physical Requirements: The position requires the ability to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Tasks may involve prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 40 lbs. Additional requirements include occasional reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling, along with manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and technology. Visual and auditory ability to respond to tasks and ensure safety are also essential. Cleaning Requirements: The position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Cleaning tasks may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces; handling and proper disposal of cleaning supplies and materials; and using cleaning equipment, such as shopvac cleaners as required. Following safety and hygiene protocols to prevent hazards or contamination is essential. Requirements Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team-building skills. High emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure environments. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and one year either working with unhoused individuals, in non-profit, or supervising others is required. Additional education or experience in social work, human services, or related fields preferred. A commitment to CVC’s mission and goals. Reliable transportation is required.
