REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in civil engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 15years of proven experience in managing complex international projects and preference for water / wastewater related projects
• Previous involvement in large infrastructure or water sector projects is a string asset.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Fluency in English– both written and spoken.

YOUR ROLE:

We are currently looking for a hands-on and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspect of the construction works, reporting to the Project Director.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities – especially large-scale concrete and pipe works.
• Ensure delivering according to Contract specifications, design, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements as well as project schedule.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams, ensuring a smooth and safe project execution.
