REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role you will need Mechanical/Electrical trade and or engineering qualifications with underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars and associated equipment.

In addition, you’ll apply yourself naturally to:

• Build and foster genuine relationships
• Actively mentor, support and coordinate a team of service personnel

• Monitor and report on product performanceLead and drive continuous improvement processes

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role is responsible for efficiently managing daily site and business operations, which include ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, responding to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per our contractual obligations.
You will be an essential part of the site management team, fostering strong customer relationships both within the organisation and with external clients.
