Key Responsibilities Daily Site Operations Oversee daily work of the onsite crew and keep operations running smoothly. Attend onsite coordination meetings and represent Delta professionally. Provide daily updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and customer schedule alignment. Ensure all crew members follow site safety requirements and Delta safety standards. Coordinate with the PM on any tool, equipment, or resource needs for the crew. Commissioning & Technical Scope Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for CDU, IRHX, and 3PPS systems. Manage jobsite inventory, consumables, and specialty commissioning tools. Support Delta-specific training for crew members so they understand the equipment and processes. Make day-to-day decisions in the field to keep work moving; escalate larger changes or risks to the PM. Customer & Team Interaction Work directly with customers during issues or escalations alongside the PM. Resolve onsite crew conflicts and coordinate subcontractor interface when needed. Collaborate daily with Delta PMs, SMEs, and the Program Manager. Maintain professional communication and help build trust with GC teams and customer stakeholders. Safety & Documentation Lead daily safety briefings and enforce PPE requirements. Ensure all JHAs, PTPs, and other safety documentation are completed accurately. Assist in developing site documentation processes as the department matures. Work Environment About 90% of work will be inside the data center; outdoor work is required during equipment deliveries. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekend work during critical phases. Travel typically occurs in weekly blocks. Minimum Qualifications 5–7 years of field experience in commissioning, mechanical/electrical installation, or a foreman-level role. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams. Proven ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and lead crews effectively. OSHA 10 certification. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive rental or company vehicles. Preferred Qualifications Takes ownership and keeps work moving without waiting for direction. Communicates clearly—up, down, and across teams. Comfortable in a start-up style environment where processes evolve. Prioritizes safety and quality on every project. Builds strong relationships onsite and represents Delta with professionalism.
