The Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing/Midwifery coordinates day to day clinical services, site management, workforce leadership and direction and facilitates learning and development to achieve people focused quality care.
In collaboration with the Network General Manager, is responsible for organisational management of the facility and clinical service delivery to meet quality indicators and relevant performance targets.
