NorDan Vinduer are the Market Leaders in the Timber/Aluclad business in Ireland. Due to our continued expansion we now require a number of Site Managers to join our team.

Site Manager Position Requirements

• Proven track record of managing teams
• Working knowledge of the commercial window and doors sector
• Full Driving Licence
• Ability to stay overnight when required
• Previous site management experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Safe pass
• Manual handlin

It is the responsibility of the Site Manager to ensure that the sites that he/she has been allocated to manage are run in a safe and efficient manner. He/she will also be responsibility for controlling all costs associated with running the site and for ensuring that these costs fall within the allocated budget.

• Lead and manage the installation sub contractor crews and the EPDM & Cladding Installers
• Manage multiple sites at any one time
• Liaise with main contractors
• Work on Commercial projects
• Ensure customer issues are dealt with
• Make sure all products are manufactured and ordered on time
• Facilitate toolbox talks with NorDan team
