We’re looking for a Site Manager to guide on-site teams, coordinate partners, and deliver automation projects with excellence! As a Site Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our on-site operations—leading installation teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From supporting the sales phase with practical input, to translating engineering drawings into real-world execution, to securing full compliance with local regulations, you’ll be the crucial link between planning and delivery. Responsibilities: Coordinating and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure strong project execution. Leading on-site personnel both from Element Logic and subcontractor fostering efficiency and collaboration. Maintaining thorough documentation of the installation process to support project transparency. Managing subcontractor activities, including coordination, performance monitoring and execution approvals. Enforce compliance with occupational safety protocols, quality standards, and all relevant local laws and regulations to maintain safe and legally sound work environment. Participating in commissioning of our subcontractor’s scope and working closely with technical leads to prepare handover. Desired skills and experience: Proven experience in site management or closely related role, with a strong track record of driving project success on site. Genuine interest in and solid understanding of intralogistics solutions. Technically inclined and/or a willingness to learn. Strong ability to interpret and work with technical/engineering drawings. Foundational knowledge in electrical systems. Open to frequent travel with a flexible mindset and readiness to support projects across the Benelux region. Who are we looking for?
