Job Description: Enfinity Global is currently looking for a Site Manager for the Construction department, that will report to the Construction Manager of the designated Region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. They monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish; direct and oversee various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation. This new resource keeps close contact with clients throughout the project’s life cycle, accompanies clients during site visits and answer questions or concerns about the project’s progress; they are responsible to follow site safety protocols daily on their site visits and ensure contractors and crew work in a safe environment and follow the rules. Responsibility/Duties: EPC contract management and on-site operations, review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, schedule, etc. Site management under construction, assuring that the project is completed within time and budget. Supervision and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. Coordination and supervision of construction workers. Ensure construction and site safety, as well as preparation of site reports, designs and safety/quality control reports. Ensure project compliance with Companies Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes. Support all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects. Support Asset Management team during warranty period. Qualifications: Engineering degree (preferable). Proven experience (7-10+ years) in managing site operations and power plant sites under construction. In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Problem-solving skills; high ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
