Due to continued expansion, we require a Finishing Site Manager for a role based in Co. Longford.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial, and a strong knowledge of finishing on similar projects.

  • Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction but this is not essential.
  • Experience liaising with Design teams is essential

Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
  • Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
  • Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a strong site culture

Requirements

  • 10 years’ site management experience
  • Previous main contractor experience; ideally large-scale structural, external, and groundworks on commercial, mixed-use, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects
  • Third-level qualification or trades background (excellent knowledge of trades)
  • IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Excellent delegation and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
