CJS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has background with Fire compartmentation to join a large and growing Construction, Maintenance and Repair company who cover the South East Regions and more.
This role requires in-dept knowledge of passive fire protection methods and building regulations related to fire safety. This position is for Night-work.

REQUIREMENTS;

• Valid CSCS
• SSSTS certificate
• 1st Aid certificate
• Good communication skills
• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent

• Manage site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipment.
• Overseeing works, inspection, repair and compliance with manufacturers specifications.
• Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risks assessments and method statements ( RAMS )
• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates
  -Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
