ROLE OVERVIEW:

Experienced Site Manager required with experience in delivering fire compartmentation, fire board, and fire door installations and remedials, preferably within live retail environments. You will manage all site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
The majority of work will be located in Central London hence residing within M25/Home Counties required
The roles will be mainly Out of Hours and Night Work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage installation of fire compartmentation, fire board, and fire doors Installations and remedialsin retail sites.
· Ensure compliance with SMSTS, CSCS, H&S regulations, and site protocols.
· Supervise teams/subcontractors and maintain high quality standards.
· Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and oversee RAMS & permits to work.
· Coordinate with clients, store managers, and project managers to minimise disruption.
· Maintain site records, report progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
