SITE MANAGER – FIRE STOPPING

(Technical Compliance Manager)
Region: Midlands / South
Salary: Up to £46,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance (£6,000 p/a)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of fire protection works on-site.
  • Manage materials and supplies to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with customers through regular progress meetings.
  • Conduct inspections (including some destructive testing) to ensure work meets the highest standards.
  • Keep projects on track by hitting programme and commercial targets while ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with project specs.
