Our client is a leading contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial, retail, hositality, and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Site Manager specialising in fit-out, the successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site coordination, supervision, and delivery of interior fit-out projects to the highest standards. They will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on site, managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate project delivery to achieve scheduled milestones and completion dates.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site at all times.
  • Carry out site inductions, tool-box talks, and ensure full compliance with RAMS.
  • Monitor and report on site progress to senior management.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and consultants as required.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to and completed works are snag-free.
  • Manage materials, deliveries, and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Identify and resolve site issues and conflicts swiftly and effectively.
