WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SITE MANAGER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

· Commercial exp as a Site Manager with projects up to £5M in value (new build/refurb)
· Strong leadership skills, people management and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· SSSTS or SMSTS certification or willingness to undertake these
· A can-do attitude, happy to get hands dirty and be a team player
· UK Driving License and access to a vehicle

· Responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site operations
· Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities and on-site workers
· Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety regulations
· Monitor work progress and assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met
· Conduct site inspections and audits and lead regular site progress meetings
· Manage on-site expenditures and track project costs
