Tasks:

• Organizational talent: You coordinate the use of machines, materials and subcontractors efficiently and proactively.
• Reliable process control: You ensure that all work is carried out smoothly, on time and to a high standard.
• Planning & Monitoring: You plan and oversee the execution of various tasks such as paving, fence and stair construction.
• Leadership skills: You lead your team, provide professional support, and ensure motivation and good cooperation on the construction site.
• Strong communication skills: You are in close contact with customers, architects and partners – open, solution-oriented and professional.
• Digital work: You reliably manage digital reporting and carefully document all processes.
• Expertise in civil engineering and landscaping: You bring experience in earthworks and drainage, wall and path construction, as well as planting and vegetation technology work.
