You will be working as a Site Manager and your main duties will be undertaking the day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of employees and subcontractors, Health and safety, delivering a responsive service to Clients & customers 8am to 8pm, that focuses on right first-time to maximise customer satisfaction and value for money. You will oversee employee performance and other related issues within Council guidance and legislation by carrying out regular competency and work quality checks to ensure targets and budgets are met
