REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
  • Significant site management experience on residential projects
  • Background in residential developments essential
  • Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
  • The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
  • Review high-level deliverables across site
  • Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
  • Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects
  • Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors
  • Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures
  • Ensure that all required materials are identified and ordered in a timely fashion in line with the program
  • Take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance and budgets, ensuring they are well-coordinated and runs in accordance with the agreed contract program
  • Manage a direct labour workforce
  • Manage all sub-contractors
  • Work with and manage the site management team
