Responsibilities

THIS ROLE INCLUDES MANAGEMENT OF SECONDARY SITES AND OPERATES ON A DRIVE-IN DRIVE-OUT (DIDO) ROSTER OF 8 DAYS ON / 6 DAYS OFF.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re currently seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at our Thallon site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day site activities and manage a dedicated team of grain handlers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Supporting the Area Manager with planning and resourcing for grain receivals and outloads across seasonal peaks
  • Managing grain receivals and outloads with a strong focus on safety
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local growers and community stakeholders
  • Overseeing site budgets and contributing to operational planning
