Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily on-site safety to ensure all operations comply with company policies and legal safety regulations.
2. Monitor and manage construction progress to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project.
3. Coordinate work among on-site workers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
4. Regularly inspect the usage of construction materials and equipment to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and within budget.
5. Identify and resolve potential issues during construction to prevent project delays or additional costs.
6. Prepare and submit daily construction reports, documenting project progress and relevant matters.
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Singapore construction management.
2. Holds a valid Supervisor certification (e.g: Safety Supervisor,Work at height Supervisor).
3. Familiarity with Singapore’s building regulations and safety standards.
4. Strong communication and team management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse interests.
5. Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
