Description CATEGORY: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt SALARY: $68,250/yr ($5,687.50/month) LOCATION: Hermiston, Oregon (in-person) HORIZON PROJECT is a nonprofit that provides care and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Umatilla County, OR. We are full-service provider that has 24/7 Residential Homes, Supported Living Program, and Employment Path Services. As a HERMISTION SITE MANAGER, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality 24/7 Residential Home support and Supported Living services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Hermiston, OR. This position provides an opportunity to develop management, facilitation, and leadership skills while making a meaningful impact at both the organizational and the community level. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES (full job description provided during the interview) Oversee 24/7 residential homes and supported living apartments to ensure a clean and safe environment Supervise Residential Coordinators (5 staff) and Office Specialist (1 staff) Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for clients and ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Manage budgeting, purchasing, and financial procedures related to 24/7 residential programs. Coordinate staff training, safety procedures, and emergency drills. Support medical documentation and emergency response procedures. Conduct regular staff meetings and collaborate closely with the Residential Program Director. Ensure accurate documentation in THERAP and adherence to quality assurance and Oregon State licensing standards. Help Residential Coordinators lead, train, and mentor Direct Support Professional staff (40-45 staff) while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain after hours ON-CALL availability for emergencies (evenings and weekends) Provide direct client care if needed (bathing/showering, toileting, meal preparation, medication administration) SCHEDULE Regular schedule is in-person Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, but may vary based on program and client needs. There are required on-call hours in the evening and rotating weekends. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is primarily an office job; however, it will involve interaction with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals which can result in physical contact and/or verbal exchanges.
