Role Profile
As Site Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects from start to finish. As a vital member of our team, you will manage on-site operations, ensuring that subcontractors, stakeholders, and the Unispace team are aligned and that projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Your leadership will help bring our innovative designs to life while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the reins of day-to-day construction delivery on our Western Australian projects. This is a genuine leadership role, you'll own the safety, quality, program and cost outcomes of your site, while building and running a positive, high-performing team culture.
You'll start based in our WA office, getting to know the business and the way we work, before moving out to your project site. The role is FIFO/DIDO, so you'll need to be comfortable and experienced working on a remote roster.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be the driving force on-site, coordinating labour, materials, plant and subcontractors, keeping the program on track, and making sure every stage of the work meets specification and quality standards.
Based in Western Australia, FIFO/DIDO to site.
