To strengthen our team at our Appenweier (Ortenau district) location, we are looking for a Site Manager/ Project Leader Development & Production (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

As Site Manager/ Project Leader Development & Production, you will assume overall responsibility for our site and independently lead development and customer projects in the field of solid oral dosage forms to success.

Your tasks:

Management and development of the site

Overall responsibility for the location including budget and results.
Economic, organizational and strategic management of the site
Reporting to management
Ensuring smooth operation and continuous process optimization
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (especially GMP) and ensuring audit readiness as well as internal requirements
Leadership, development and motivation of employees
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as serving as an interface to internal stakeholders

Project Management Development & Production

Independent management of internal development projects as well as customer projects in the field of solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules, granules, powders)
Planning, management and implementation of projects while adhering to quality, cost and time specifications.
Conducting technological and accompanying analytical work
Production of development, packaging and clinical samples
Creation and maintenance of development reports and manufacturing documentation
Coordination of internal resources and coordination with internal and external project stakeholders
Ensuring the smooth running of all project-related activities
Guidance and further development of employees in technological and analytical matters
