    As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Residential Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $100m
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous
  • Experience in apartments is ideal but not essential
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and supervise on-site personnel to meet project milestones.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of on-site activities.
