EXPERIENCE

• This is a senior-level role ideal for someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex construction or engineering projects and a strong ability to lead teams with confidence and precision.
• Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Architects and Engineer other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage resources effectively to optimise productivity while maintaining quality standards.
