Recruitment are looking for an Experienced Site Manger to work on a Project In Northampton.
To lead and Manager activity on Site and Coordinate multiple trades.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies, Understand RAMs requirements with a working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
To Manage Communication and build strong relationships with the Client
Understanding & keeping to the operational project plan and ensuring compliance to the expected deliverables, monitor & report on progress & quality.
20% of the working day will be PC based, Site Diary reporting. Experience with cloud based systems Procure or similar would be essential.
5+ years of experience managing, complex construction projects, particularly those involving extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
SMSTS - Black/Gold & First Aid at work
Fire Marshall/warden duties
NVQ level 6 advantageous
Working Monday to Friday.
References will be required
