Overview Site Manager - Manhattan, NYC The Site Manager will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining excellent client communication, and executing services provided on-site in a professional office environment to a high degree of excellence. Scope of services includes, but is not limited to, general business support and office services, mailroom and copy center functions, corporate hospitality and conference room management, and facilities and building services. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for occasional off-hours and special project work, this will be a Salaried position. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Incentives Compensation: Salary $70,000 - $80,000.00 USD/yr Responsibilities The Site Manager will be responsible for managing and performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: Directs and oversees mailroom activities including the sorting and delivery of incoming mail, as well as the preparation and sending of outgoing mail Ensures the coordinated management of copy centers Responsible for a budget covering all business support operations Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs Report on key operational performance standards and determine whether Business Services is performing at or near optimum level Manages department vendor relationships and contracts Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work Ensures that location is properly staffed by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, have 1-2+ years’ experience managing relevant office services. High school diploma or GED - College Degree in business, operations, or a relevant field is highly preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient in MS Office Suite a must Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds Have knowledge of all job procedures, also of all mailroom and copy equipment Advanced MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
