We are recruiting multiple experienced Site Managers on behalf of a leading Tier 2 contractor for a major mixed-use development project in Midleton, Co. Cork
Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site project execution from inception to completion.
Assist in developing, planning, and implementing project schedules.
Manage site manpower, including subcontractors and direct employees.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
Ensure availability of resources required for project execution.
Monitor and control project variations in consultation with the Quantity Surveyor (QS).
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Safety Regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain the highest Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards on-site.
Ensure a high standard of finishing on all aspects of the project.
Oversee and enforce Site Health & Safety measures in collaboration with the H&S Manager.
Attend site meetings and provide project progress reports.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
Perform other duties necessary for the efficient management of the project.
Requirements:
A third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (preferred but not essential).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role with a Main Contractor.
Strong planning, project management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High competency in maintaining professional documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: €50,721.15-€85,027.53 per year
