Work in collaboration with the client of the mining industry on-site to balance client needs and CSL’s interests Ensure compliance with safety standards and security measures Provide regular performance reports to CSL management and the vessel manager Assist the vessel with technical matters and liaise with the technical superintendent to ensure smooth operations Coordinate and manage crew change logistics Supervise local agents and suppliers and monitor expenses The skills you will bring to our team Energetic, innovative, hardworking, positive attitude, sense of urgency, team player Ability to bridge European and Guinean cultures Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English In-depth knowledge of local customs and tax procedures Understanding of Guinea and international trade, contracts, and tariffs Strong internal and external customer orientation, good conflict resolution skills Why CSL?
