SITE MANAGER – NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL

£45,000 – £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Expenses
Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a passion for delivering quality homes? We’re working with a well-established and reputable residential building firm that specialises in new build housing developments across the greater Belfast and Lisburn area. With projects always within a 20-mile radius, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a consistent local workload without the travel demands, oh and 1pm finish Fridays!
The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of new build residential sites – overseeing all site operations, subcontractor management, health & safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role
• Proven experience delivering new build residential projects
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• A background in joinery or trade experience is highly desirable
