We invite you to join us. Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Manager - Structural to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE. This position is responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, site engineers and contractors on assigned projects on all structural related matters. Responsibilities We envisage success in this role to include; Maintaining clear, accurate, and consistent communication with the client’s site discipline engineers on all project-related matters. Reviewing, understanding, and implementing contract drawings and specifications on site. Preparing regular project reports (written and photographic) covering work progress, quality, technical compliance, safety, and related matters. Supervising and implementing approved designs on site in accordance with national and international codes of practice, as well as KEO’s project management policies and procedures. Identifying issues and risks and escalating them to senior management in a timely manner. Supervising and inspecting site works in progress, as directed by senior management, while continuously monitoring critical areas for quality, safety, and progress. Acting as a key point of contact for senior site personnel on project engineering matters. Coordinating effectively with other project discipline engineers to ensure integrated project delivery. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
